Protec have designed a strong light weight, non corrosive, extruded aluminium wall plate, designed in a concave shape which is quite unique in it's self. When this plate is screwed to any wall, it protrudes 25mm out to keep your boards from being accidentally damaged in any way due to the wall. These wall plates are manufactured in three lengths, small at 650mm, medium at 1150 mm and large at 2.05 m, also available two models for racking boards/mals with fixed or set fins in them. For retail appllications of racking boards/mals without any fixed or set fins in them. The wall plates have a series of holes in which a 90mm Lexon plastic post holder is inserted and fixed into position with screws. All wall plates then have foam rubber protector stripe over them which helps in keeping the board protected and free from any damage, after that a 400mm p.v.c plastic board post which is covered in a foam rubber tubing, pushed over the post holds. This unique design allows you to remove any plastic post holder from the wall plate giving you even more distance in between the posts. These models have been designed to marry up to our great range of freestanding/mobile display frames, giving you more choices on how you would like to rack your boards.

N.B. All models for racking boards with fins have a 140mm gap between posts.

This display rack is ideal to display a surfboard/Mal veritically or on any angle off the wall. Units consist of four rail brackets and one fin bracket, manufactured from 30mm alum flat bar covered in foam tube to prevent any damage.
