Plug Loks
Our Pro-P/L plug loks are a great device. They are a uniquely designed locking apparatus which is used by locking it into the leg rope plug of any board. The padlock is then attached with a length of s/s wire, which is attached to the display frame or wall, letting you rest at ease knowing someone isn't going to run off with your boards.

 

Board Tables
The board tables are a great handy device used throughout the trade for displaying stock to a customer, or is used as a sturdy work table to place boards on when you need to fix fins/deck grip and work on your boards. These tables are manufactured from 25mm round steel tube which are powder coated in a silver/black non scratch finish, which is covered with a rubber foam tube, this protecting your board from any damage. When tables aren't in use they are designed to be easily folded and stored away.

 

Board Stands
These are our PRO-BS, they are available for short boards and mals. There are three models to choose from. The PRO-1BS which is the single board stand and the PRO-4BS or PRO-6BS models which are multiple units of four and six boards. These stands are manufactured our of 10mm round steel rod, powder coated in flat black finish and then covered with a foam rubber tubing to protect your boards from any damage. We have designed our stands ti have detachable feet. All stands are supplied with two lengths of 10mm round steel rod on which the stands slide onto and act as the feet for the stand.

Pro- 1 Board Horizontal
Our Pro-1BH rack is ideal for hanging that special board on display on the wall, to display that awesome new spray job, or just if you need to hang your Mal on the wall, due to the ceiling not being high enough. The racks are manufactured from 30mm aluminum flat bar covered in a foam rubber tube to prevent any damage.

Wall Mounted board racks
Protec have designed a strong light weight, non corrosive, extruded aluminium wall plate, designed in a concave shape which is quite unique in it's self. When this plate is screwed to any wall, it protrudes 25mm out to keep your boards from being accidentally damaged in any way due to the wall. These wall plates are manufactured in three lengths, small at 650mm, medium at 1150 mm and large at 2.05 m, also available two models for racking boards/mals with fixed or set fins in them. For retail appllications of racking boards/mals without any fixed or set fins in them. The wall plates have a series of holes in which a 90mm Lexon plastic post holder is inserted and fixed into position with screws. All wall plates then have foam rubber protector stripe over them which helps in keeping the board protected and free from any damage, after that a 400mm p.v.c plastic board post which is covered in a foam rubber tubing, pushed over the post holds. This unique design allows you to remove any plastic post holder from the wall plate giving you even more distance in between the posts. These models have been designed to marry up to our great range of freestanding/mobile display frames, giving you more choices on how you would like to rack your boards.

 

Pro- 2 Board Horizontal
Our Pro-2BH, racks two short boards horizontal on the wall, ideal for keeping your boards out of harms way, or if the ceiling height is a problem. Each unit comes with 2 wall mounting plates, post screw wall plugs and easy to follow instructions.

 

Pro- 3BF Boards with Fin, Vertical/Horizontal
Our wall mounted racks are an ideal way of displaying your boards vertically, or if you wish buy two, hang your short boards/mals horizontal. This product is available in three lengths, the Pro- 3BF; small 650mm long, Pro-6BF; medium 1150mm long and the Pro-11BF; large 2.05m long. Each of these marry up to our range of pro freestanding/mobile display frames. Each unit comes with 1 wall mounting plate, post, screws, wall plugs and easy to follow instructions.

NB: Also available Pro-6BF racking six boards, and Pro-11BF racking 11 boards.

Pro 4B Boards (without fins) Vertical/Horizontal
These models are our wall mount racks used throughout the trade for racking bogie boards or recommended for retailers and board manufactures racking blanks and short/mal boards which have not yet had there fins fixed in. These models can be used vertically, or, if you purchase two units, they can used to hang your boards horizontally. They are available in three lengths, Pro-4B; small 650mm long, Pro-8B; medium 1150mm long and Pro-16b large 2.05m long. Each of these racks marry up to our range of Pro-freestanding/mobile display units, each provided with 1 wall mounting plate, post, screws, wall plugs and easy to follow instructions.

Pro 8 Boards (Without Fins) Vertical/Horizontal
Also available Pro-8B; racking 8 boards and Pro-16B; racking 16 boards.

 

Outdoor Mobile Displays
These are our outdoor mobile display unit, these are ideal for the displaying of your hire boards and other commercial needs. The units are light weight, yet very sturdy, on 50mm castors. Frames are manufactured out of a 25mm square steel tube and powder coated in a silver/black non scratch finish. Units are provided with plug loks/padlock keyed alike, and board straps. The units come unassembled in a kit form with very easy to follow assembly instructions.

 

Freestanding / Mobile Displays Frames
The freestanding displays are a light weight and very sturdy unit. Frames are manufactured out of a 25mm steel square tube, powder coated in a silver/black non scratch finish. Available single and double sided units, you have the choice of three lengths: small, medium and large or as a mobile unit on 50mm Castors. Each of these units marries up to our range of board racks. The units come unassembled in a kit form with easy to follow assembly instructions.

Beach Racks Kit
These are our club racks. These units are ideal for board riding clubs to use at club meetings or at major events. These are the simplest way of racking a large amount of boards at the beach or they can be set up on headlands or car parks. These kits are available in two models. THe PRO-BRK/S model is a kit which comes with two alumimim brackets, one PRO-BS/H model board strap, two 1.4m alumimum beach poles fitted with sand pegs to keep the unit sturdy, which are reto fitted to wall racks. To set the unit up first screw the two alumimum brackets onto the rack. Setting the units up at the beach is easy, simply dig a couple of holes in the sand at least elbow depth, place the beach poles into the holes, slide the rack over the poles, back fill the poles, push the board post onto the rack, adjust the board strap and away you go. Also available as a double sided unit the PRO-BRK/D model..
These units can be used either at the beach, on the headlands or in the car parks. All you need to do is simply fill some large plastic drums or rubbish bins with sand, place in the beach poles and slide the racks on.

 

 

Pro-BR Model Bike Rack
These are our PRO-BK model bike racks, they can be fitted to almost any designed bike. They are a great way of carring a short board / mal safe and secure on your bike. THese units are available in two sizes for a 24" or 26" bike. manufactured from stell and alumimum our design allows you to remove the two allumimum support arms from the carrier quickly and easily when not used. The two alumimum support arms have eva foam where needed to prtect your board from scratchers and board straps to lock your board into the rack

 

Pro-BD Model Board Display
This is our Pro-BD Model rach, our design allows you to rack any shape short board or mal at any angle flat on the wall. Great for displaying that special board in your office, store or home. Manufactured from aluminium, they are light weight, very strong and able to carry very heavy weights. These units consist of 1 x Fin bracket, 2 x large tail rail brackets and 2 smaller rail brackets which allows you to show off your special board in all its glory.

 

 

Pro-PB Model Paddle board rack
This is our Pro-PB model paddle board rack, manufactured from alumimum they are a light weight and very strin unit covered in eva foam. This unit allows you to rack any size, weight paddle board and paddle safe and secure on the wall.
